Fertility Acupuncture Treatment
We are offering fertility acupuncture treatments. The acupuncture and herbal treatments adjust underlying imbalances in the body to enhance the chances of conception and fertility.
The most common types of imbalances that are diagnosed are qi deficiency and liver/kidney in deficiency for women. These two patterns often exhibit a series of symptoms alongside fertility issues, including lack of energy/fatigue, loose stools, blurry vision, light period flow, etc. For men we also often see liver qi stagnation, which can result in bloating, anxiety, and lower back tension.
Time and Cost for Fertility Acupuncture Treatment
The treatment cycle is 8 weeks, with one acupuncture session per week and herbal supplements to help support fertility. Total cost of a treatment cycle for 8 treatments is $600, including both acupuncture and herbal supplements. For patients using insurance or those who pay treatment by treatment, the cost per treatment is $100 for the first 6 treatments, and once the first 6 treatments are completed, there is no charge for the last 2 treatments.

Patients who have been trying to conceive for long periods of time can sometimes successfully conceive one or two months after the end of treatment, and not always during the middle of the treatments. This is because fertility acupuncture is different than other fertility treatments such as In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), and look to improve the quality of the body to enhance its chance of conceiving naturally, instead of looking for results right at the end of the 8 treatments.
